Customer ordered the small one which is 10mm size, the option they selected is the SMALL. We confirmed via 3 different emails that they ordered the small, they are saying it's too small, bigger options are available but they themselves selected the small... we also gave them the option to return it, again 3 separate emails we explained all of this.
